ContinuityEastAfrica gets it’s first FBCI

Pete FrielinghausCongratulations to our colleague Pete Frielinghaus who has just been awarded his
FBCI status by the BCI in London (Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute).

Pete has probably done more for BCI awareness on the African continent than anyone else having been involved in numerous projects in several countries. After some decades in the industry and 5 years’ service on the inaugural Africa Chapter Board, this is richly deserved.

Pete was the General Manager of Continuity Mauritius for about 5 years during a time when business continuity was still at an immature stage in local and regional companies and has probably experienced or endured more on his travels than we could ever imagine.

Pete is currently the MD of ContinuityEastAfrica in Nairobi and is now raising resilience and BCM awareness in the East African region.

Well done to Pete on a great accomplishment.
